Honestly, Strategic Consulting has been such a pleasure to work with. I received a flyer in the mail stating I was pre-qualified. When I gave a call in and after they had conducted a soft pull on my credit report it came back that I was approved for multiple loans throughout all major lending institutions (quite impressive technology btw). The rate was a bit higher than the pre-approval, however it was a seamless process & extremely professional. Highly recommended.
